Smart Serialization Integration for Flexible Packaging Operations
This project focused on enhancing packaging line flexibility through intelligent serialization system integration and automation support. NexGen Dynamic provided software and control-level integration for a Bundle Packer Serialization Station, ensuring seamless data communication between existing line equipment and the serialization platform while maintaining uninterrupted bottle flow across multiple operational modes.
Our solution enabled dynamic line operation by supporting both bundled and non-bundled production workflows without requiring major configuration changes. By optimizing serialization logic, aggregation handling, and system synchronization, the line achieved greater operational adaptability while preserving data integrity and traceability across all packaging levels.
In addition, NexGen supported equipment and serialization station qualification activities by assisting with IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation and validation execution. The final implementation improved line productivity, ensured regulatory compliance, and delivered a scalable architecture capable of supporting future line upgrades and process expansion.
Serialization & Aggregation Recovery System
Our Serialization & Aggregation Recovery project focused on restoring a partially implemented pharmaceutical serialization line to full operational and regulatory compliance. NexGen Dynamic, in collaboration with Techno Systems, supported the completion of Bottle, Case, and Pallet serialization integrations by stabilizing system communication, resolving configuration gaps, and optimizing data flow across all aggregation levels. This ensured seamless interaction between packaging equipment, vision systems, and serialization software platforms.
The project significantly improved production reliability by addressing critical system performance issues and eliminating data inconsistencies that were preventing successful aggregation. Our engineering support enabled accurate parent-child relationship generation across packaging hierarchies, allowing the line to resume compliant operations without disruption. In addition, we assisted with validation qualification documentation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ support, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits and quality inspections.
By bringing the serialization line back into full production, this recovery project restored operational stability, improved traceability, and achieved end-to-end serialization compliance.
